Our tactical IFAK is a MOLLE rip away tactical first aid medical bag that’s a roomy and organized, designed for rapid removal. The MOLLE integration allows for customization and the ability to attach to other MOLLE gear such as a backpack, tactical belt or tactical vest. It also has 2 D rings for attachment as well.

This bag is also attached to a large Velcro panel and is geared with a strong handle pull handle for rapid removal in case of emergency. It also has a large outside strap with buckle that you can attach to the back of your head rest in your car so that it is easily accessible. It is a necessary accessory for military personnel, EMTs, police, hunters, self defense responsible preparedness civilians , and others.
