I’ve gone by ‘Y’ all my adult life. I’ve interacted with trauma care all over the US. From Seattle to San Diego to Florida to the Bahamas to New York there are nurses and medics working that have been precepted by/ Mentored by / Worked with/ Taken trauma classes with me. The Trauma Y trademark logo is something that embodies this.
The Latin on the Y means love ( Love what you do) Courage (To jump into the fire to save not run away) And strength ( Strength to handle those cases you never forget learn from them and apply).
