We go over the first steps in being prepared for natural and man made disasters. We unfortunately regularly hear tragic stories of people who are affected by hurricanes , tornadoes , floods and shooting incidents. In part one we talk about:

  • Having disaster plans and what that means
  • What kind of supplies you should carry
  • Having situational awareness
  • What to do in an active shooter situation
