MOLLE Rip-Away EMT IFAK

The orca tactical MOLLE rip away first aid medical pouch is a roomy organized bag that is designed for rapid removal. The MOLLE integration allows for customization and the ability to attach to other MOLLE  gear such as a backpack or tactical vest. It also has 2 D rings for attachment as well.

This bag is also attached to a large Velcro panel and is geared with a strong handle pull handle for rapid removal in case of emergency. It also has a large outside strap with buckle that you can attach to the back of your head rest in your car so that it is easily accessible.
