My Children have been carrying tourniquets to school for almost 2 years. McCary Cares Consulting now has CABBSs for students. They can carry their own tourniquet with them. Having a Bleeding Control Station at a school does not mean it will always be accessible during an active shooter situation and it takes time to go get it. I carry a tourniquet at all times be it at a basketball/baseball game grocery store or at the movies so I believe in being prepared and making sure my family is as well. It comes in a small resealable bag. HSA/FSA appoved.
